Dr. Jaber Al-Marri (Senior Applications Architect)

Jaber A. Al-Marri has been with Saudi Aramco for over 25 years spent in various areas in the Information Technology organization. He holds a B.S. degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California (USC).
Dr. Al-Marri current role is a senior applications architect in the IT planning organization. He just recently finished a one year assignment as a solution architect with HP Consulting and Integration team in Grenoble, France. During his assignment, he got involved in HP Service Experience Testing and IPTV solutions.
Some of his major achievements on the Aramco corporate level are the deployment of e-learning, the development of applications roadmap for 5 years, and the participation of the infrastructure deployment of SAP.
Dr. Al-Marri is highly experienced in a wide range of computing technology disciplines including SAP, data warehousing, databases, operating systems, multimedia servers, systems administrations, data modeling, applications, and IT planning.
