IT Outsourcing: A Business Enabler

In most organisations IT is viewed as a strategic enabler and is no longer viewed as just a cost cutting or tactical solution. When organisations start to see IT as providing competitive advantage, outsourcing also should be viewed strategically. This presentation overviews how IT outsourcing provides value to organisations through closer IT/business alignment.
