Malek has more than 16 years of experience in various disciplines in the IT industry across various business types spanning from government, to industrial manufacturing, to retail and telecommunications spanning the US, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

He was introduced to computers in the early eighties, and since then he had been fascinated by the industry. Currently, he focuses strategically align IT to the business in pragmatic ways. Malek Holds an MBA, an engineering degree, ITSM Managers certification and PMP.
