Note: More than one vendor can jointly sponsor one of the above. (Recognition in event guide and at the conference) Delegate Package insert (per insert) US$ 500 Corporate promotional material to all delegates part of the conference package. Insert items may include one page (size A4), one pen, CD, cup, gift...etc. (all items to be included must be delivered by deadline as per appendix 1)

How to apply
• Complete and sign the Application Form with a brief overview of your solutions and return to the email or fax number supplied.
• If you would like to apply for a speaking slot please fill in the presentation submission form.
• Each booth is available to ONE company only. No co-boothing will be allowed.
• The organisers will provide notice of acceptance of the Exhibitor application via email.
• The Sponsor must then return full payment per due dates in the appendix.
• Once your booth space has been confirmed, the organisers will then supply you with additional information, logistics and technical arrangements for the event. Included you will also find floor plan.
